These dishes are adorable, yet also sturdy and quite functional for busy kids who aren't easy on Nana's family china. The compartments make it easy and fun for kids to decide which food goes where, encouraging finicky eaters (you know the ones -- they eat only macaroni & cheese and butter noodles) to make good decisions about eating more than just the one thing they like. And who wouldn't want to clean her plate when there's a zebra there to reward her for finishing the last of her broccoli?
The dishes are rugged and have just enough heft to stand up to scraping forks and spoons without being pushed around the table, yet aren't difficult for little tots to negotiate.

I odered this warming plate for my grandson, he is a slow eater and my daughter was complaining that the food cools off before he finishes it, and he does not like cool food. I searced the internet for an electric feeding dish like I used for my children back in the late 1960s, but no such thing exists anymore. This was all I could find, so I purchsed it. My daughter says it works great, keeps the food warm long enough for her little boy to finish. I would recomend this to anyone. Great value."..." Read more

I like how the plate's rim snaps off for easy cleaning. Nice non slip base. My little one likes to flip the plate over when she is done, but unless it is bolted to the table I think it's inevitable. Same with the bowl, It's a great bowl to travel with, because the lid stays put. I haven't had the chance to test out the fork and spoon yet since my little on is to young to to use them."..."
