Product received on time and delivered to local warehouse. Opted to pick up there which required a truck. Would have been good to know that. Scheduled delivery to home was too hard to execute. Beds look great and were fairly easy to fit together. You must use the directions and take your time. Overall good value.

I got this bed for my son. He just loved ie. It took me about a hour and a half to put together. The bed is of good quality and was easy to put togther. Also the shipping was fast and friendly. I buy a lot of things off of wayfair and it was always a good experience.

My grandsons love it! Very sturdy, easy to assemble and the boys, mommy and daddy are all very satisfied. Customer service was great! Delivery was quick, easy and free. I'd recommend this bed to anyone. I love the fact that the drawers are not built into the stairs. Plenty of storage!

Easy to put together. Very sturdy and perfect for my 2 boys. One is 4 and the other boy is 2, we fully expect these beds to last a long time!!!!

we bought this for our girls 6 and 2 and they love it! It is alittle orange for my taste since it is for girls but we beutified it with flower and butterfly stickers. It is very sturdie and great quality, the drawers open extremly easy just wish they were alittle bigger but we are very happy with our purchase

The bed was delivered in 5 boxes with most of the pieces preassembled. It didn’t take long to get the bed together. Be careful, the box that contains the metal slat kit for the mattress, also contains the screws to install it (The screws are in a small bag just thrown in the box. They are not with the main bag of screws). Oh yea, I didn’t expect the mattress slat kit to be made of less than a ½” round steel bars. These steel bars are hollow and feel very light cheap quality. I was afraid that the mattress would fall through when I laid on the bed, but surprisingly it does hold my weight (190lbs) and my two kids (27lbs and 38lbs) at the same time. The solid pine construction is exactly as described “solid pine”. The pine boards are approximate ½” to ¾” thick. I wish this bed was made of a hard wood instead of soft wood. It would definitely last longer if it was! Since the wood is soft, you can see all the dings and scratches when the kids hit it with their toys. The three drawers under bed unit are all preassembled. You just slide it under the bed. The problem is that I have hardwood floors and the thing slides all the way to the back right under the bed. I had to screw a 10” long 1x1 piece of wood to each side of the bed post behind the drawers so that the unit did not slide under the bed. Wish the manufacturer thought of this and made it part of the bed. The drawer slides are also of cheap quality and will most likely wear out after a couple years. I will need to replace them with ball bearing slides in the future. Overall, I think the bed is a good buy for the price. I was able to get it for 776 delivered after the discounts.

Product was complete with no problems or damaged items was very easy to put together it only took about 30 mins. I would most definitly buy more items from Wayfair thanks again

We bought the entire set and everywhere where there are drawers - they simply dont work.. I have veen bugging my husband to fix the rollers as the drawers are impossible to slide in unless you hit them.. Overal quality is OK, as it is a real wood and by the way ours came from Vietnam ( we saw stamp on the package) and its nice to have a real wood in kids room, but I wish they would fix teh drawers problem.. I would probably buy other pieces from them as you cant beat the price.
