Discovery World Furniture Merlot Twin Over Twin Bunk Bed - 2810

I bought this for my boys 7 and 10. These beds are wonderful for my boys. They are very sturdy and also look wonderful.

My son is 8 and we had promised him a bunk bed. We were happy to find this one that worked well with his bedroom furniture and had drawers underneath. We were pleased with the price and the construction. We even placed another order for a second set of drawers underneath, for the other side of the bed. He absolutely loves it. If you want to make a purchase that will bring joy to your child every day, this is it.

Couldn't wait for this set to arrive. After putting it together we were missing half the wooden slats that hold up the mattresses but the worst part was that the top bunk is a dark espresso and the bottom bunk is a honey maple color---not even close!!! [...]

I bought kids out and daddy stay home put bunk bed on ( try to give them surprised)..kids were so happy to see their new bed but I was upset by found some many scrape mark..my husband said it was there when he open the box..it was more than 10 spot had scrape mark...I just feel we spent money on that and should not be received this quality product!!

My husband and I bought this bunk bed and the matching dresser for our 5 and 2 year old daughters. We wanted something made from solid wood, that was also budget friendly. We couldn't be happier with our purchase! The bedroom set is made from solid pine. The only downside is that pine tends to be a "softer" wood, so the bed can be scratched and dented with rough use. This okay for us because the bed has a slightly distressed finish anyway.

This is a great set of bunkbeds. I was hesitant to purchase furniture online, but these bunkbeds are great. They are sturdy, easy to put together, and look great. We searched all of the local furniture shops for a decent set of bunkbeds and were a bit shell shocked at the cost. Wayfair was definitely the best choice. We were able to get the bunkbeds, under bed storage drawers, and 6 drawer dresser all delivered to our house for less money than we could have purchased the bunk beds alone locally.

After reading the reviews about this bed, I decided on this one bed because we needed a bunk bed for our 4 and 2 year old boys, which would be short enough to fit in the room, pretty and stable. I knew that it was pine (soft wood), but decided to give it a try. My husband set it up and it looked beautiful. The kids loved it of course. But right that day when the boys were playing cars and truck on it, I started to notice dents and scratches. After 3 weeks of having it, the ladder and the sides are dented and scratched from the toys. And the boys are not that rough: there are dents from them climbing the ladder and holding a toy in the hand... I bought a pen to color the little scratches, which works great - but I can still see the dents. I would recommend this product to people with older kids or for guest bedrooms where it won't be used much... But not for families with little kids.
