Dude, Where's My Bed? from Tybee Island, GA on 06/16/2015 – Verified Buyer
On May 30, 2015 I placed an order for this bed and was told that my bed would arrive on June 3rd. This day came and went and upon tracking further, the delivery date was then moved to the 6th-9th of June. Keep in mind, I live four hours from the distribution warehouse where this is coming from and it had already taken a week to come from Forest Park,GA to Savannah, GA! Later still, my tracking information was updated again to arrive between the 13th - 19th of June.

At the time of order, the confirmation verbiage detailed that I'd receive a phone call two days out to arrange for delivery details. As of 6PM on the 17th I have not heard a word. I did look this afternoon to find that my bed is in some tiny hamlet in the upstate of SC- and no where close to where I am located. No wonder I haven't'the received a call about delivery and I can only imagine what type of condition it will be in if/when it finally does arrive. At this point I could have received a more prompt response from a Nigerian internet scam than from this clown outfit known as Wayfair!

High quality and easy to put together from Indianapolis, IN on 07/14/2015 – Verified Buyer
We were very pleased with this bunkbed. It is really high quality. The instructions were not included in the box, unfortunately. I was able to get in touch with someone from Wayfair really easily. He sent me his email address and was able to email the instructions to me the same day, although it did take several hours. Notwithstanding the lack of directions, my husband and our two children (ages 4 and 6) put the bunkbed together in about 2 hours. Without directions. That says it was easy to put together. The bunkbed seems very strong and sturdy. I would recommend this bunkbed!

Wonderful Design from Sandpoint on 04/29/2013
My daughter loves this bed, I is constructed very well and very easy to put together, I'm a single mom and was nervous at first and it sat in my dinning room for two weeks, but when I get the guts to do it, it went together with ease. The reviews I read were very helpful, expecially about 2 of the holes not matching up, because when I came to that problem, I was like, oh, thats what some said, and I drilled the holes out larger (would of been nice if I could of found my drill, I had to use a drill bit and do it by hand) anyway, great value for the price, better then more expensive beds we seen....

Excellent buy!!! from New York, NY on 06/04/2010
I am really happy with this bed. If you've never had or like me this is your first purchase of a bunkbed system, here are some things you should know about this bed in particular. It was as easy to put together that I can imagine a bed can be. The bed comes with wood pieces (under mattress support) that are stapled together to a white thick piece of plastic so you can easily roll it out onto the platform of the bed and drill the screws right in. I would suggest following the instructions and setting up the TOP bunk FIRST. We diverted and set up the bottom bed first and of course then in order to drill the screws into the platform of the top bunk it's harder because you have to climb and do alot of unnecessary arm stretching. Also, the stairs do come to the floor and the bottom of the stairs reach about two feet away from the bed. My son's room is fairly small and it is still fine. We do not use the stair however because my son is 3 1/2 (climbs) and my daughter is 14 months (climbs) so we actually just store in underneath the bottom bunk. Please note that the two drawers for this bed are not actually attached to the bed (and this may be for the better if you have small children like us). I forget if they have wheels or not but they do sit prettily and evenly with the base of the bottom bunk, they're just not attached. What we did is (because, again, we have climbers in the house) is just push these further under the bed so that my kids don't pull them out and climb onto them and this worked out perfectly for us. Would defintely recommend this bed, and an excellent price.

Perfect! from Melrose Park, IL on 07/03/2012 – Verified Buyer
We were looking for a bunk bed that would fit in a room with a slant to the ceiling. Many bunk beds are simply too tall to fit correctly, but this bed was perfect. We now have room for guests to stay on the bottom bunk, and a child on the top, which is the best use of the space we have. The color is a little more orange-y than I expected, but it still looks great overall. The wood is of good quality, and it was relatively easy to put together (my husband had to break out the power-drill to deepen a few pre-cut holes, and we added some extra wood glue to the bottom drawers to help create a strong seal). Very functional and attractive, and we had a good delivery experience too.

Great Bed!!! from Pewaukee, WI on 06/16/2010
This is a beautiful bunk bed and I love it and the quality. The kids love it and the price was great!

If you bought the bed in May 2010 like I did the picture that was shown was not the exact bed. The picture showed the top bunk had full length guard rails and an attached ladder, this is why I bought this bed. When my husband and I put the bed together the ladder was not attached and the top bunk guard rail was not full length. We kept it even though it's not the bed that I thought I bought from the picture. We were not taking the bed apart and reboxing it and returning it, it would have been to much of a hassle. We ended up keeping it. The picture shown now on the website is the exact picture of the bed.

Nice looking bunkbed at a great price from Clinton, WA on 03/07/2010
I shopped around and priced a lot of bunkbeds for my boys' bedroom. This bunk bed was about $50 more than the price of the average set listed on another web site in used condition. I thought it worth while to spend that extra $50 and have a new set, with all of the pieces and assembly instructions. We've assembled several other pieces of furniture. In comparison to those, assembly was easy, the only real challenge being that in a small bedroom, having the space was tight to assemble both the top and bottom pieces. Once we got it together though, it has been the perfect solution. One tip - read the directions all the way through before you begin assembly. This bed looks nice, feels study (it does shake and move when an adult is in the top bunk, but most bunk beds do), and overall I'm very pleased with the purchase.

sturdy! from GREENLAND, NH on 08/05/2012 – Verified Buyer
The bunk bed is very sturdy, does not wobble at all. the only bad thing I can say about the bed it that when putting it together the directions could be a little better regarding the ladder and the ladder had to be re-drilled in one spot because the bolt holes was not lined up. Other than that it was a smooth assembly.

Nice bed at a Great price from Leesburg, VA on 06/17/2010
Great bed. The wood is rubber wood so light weight but sturdy (look it up, a "green" product). The bed is great and it comes with the under-bed drawers which is great as most others charge extra for those. Putting it together wasn't too difficult and can be done by one person, although you need a helper to lift the top bunk up on top of the lower one (at least i did).

One small issue is the ladder extends all the way to the ground so it kinda blocks one drawer from being fully pulled out, but you can still pull out that drawer far enough to keep it usable.
