My only complaint about the Charlie II bag is its size. I knew the bag was going to be big, but I dont think I was prepared for how big it really is. It almost looks absurd. I will likely use it as an overnight or weekend bag when traveling with baby, and not as a daily diaper bag. Other than that, I love it. Every bit as pretty as it looks, and seems to be well made. I am currently using this bag for toilet training a toddler and plan on using as a true newborn diaper bag in the next few months. I was looking for a bag that looked more along the lines of a handbag and this fits the criteria! I'm not embarrased to carry it after dropping my toddler off at nursery. The choice of straps is very versatile. Lots of pockets for organization. (although the two zippers on front are hard to use - I can put a paci in, but can't get it out easily...very narrow but deep; however the bag has an outside zippered pocket on the back not shown in the pictures) The color is slightly darker and the metal is a bit brighter/brassier than pictured. I am expecting my 2nd child and was looking for a larger diaper bag. With my son I bought an Amy and Michelle bag which I enjoyed, however after 2 years the strap has not held up. I did quite a bit of research as my son will be 26 months old when my daughter arrives and space and function are of extreme importance. I am thrilled with the Hannah it looks fabulous and has great space that will allow me to carry everything my children will need. Most diaper bags I looked at were either too big or didn't have enough room what I needed to pack. I was searching for a diaper bag that was big enough to fit everything I needed for baby but wasn't too bulky. This one was perfect. It fit's all my little one's essentials (10+ diapers, changing pad, wipes, extra clothes, nursing cover...etc.) and has a side zippered pocket that fits all my needs (wallet, cell phone, keys..etc.) There are even extra side pockets that I hardly ever use but will be useful for when baby is older (toys, baby food, snacks...etc.).
