The desk is absolutelly gorgeous though overpriced. I gave bad review for the delivery. The desk was to shipped via delivery company. Their schedule was not flexible and they did not offer delivery altenatives so i could not be home to receive the item. When i called Wayfair customer service rep did not even try to help me find a way to deliver the item but just instead told me if i want to return the item it will cost me $200 . She was rude and not concerned with customer experience. I asked to speak with her manager and he was a very nice person who found a solution to my problem. I dont know why cust service rep could not do the same or at least be nice about it. Unless you have a day off or are free during work week( they do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday) this item will be a problem for you to receive
