Great egg poacher

Pan is heavy duty, better than my Al Clad. It works great, no oil needed. It can also be used to stream Dimsum.
THE VERY BEST POACHER EVER!!!
dwindibim from Boise, Idaho
I absolutely PROMISE you that this egg poacher is THE BEST I have ever used for eggs, small hors d'oeuvres, and anything else that can be cooked in it. The quality is so solid...the stainless pan cooks so evenly. When it first came to me in the mail, it just looked too small to do the job, but I sure found out I was so wrong! It is just the right size, and solidly made. My poached eggs are always cooked to perfection! All in all, I am completely thrilled with this purchase!

Easiest Poached Eggs Ever
Sheena from Pittsburgh, PA– Verified Buyer
Best egg poacher I've ever had.(and I've had many). The eggs cook evenly, keep their shape and come out of the containers so easily. Cleaning is a snap, unlike all other poaching pans I have used. The pan can be used separately. Great value for such excellent quality and ease of use.
Great poaching pan

I bought this pan after enjoying poached eggs at a friend's brunch. This pan is great. It's an easy way to enjoy poached eggs and clean up is super easy - I have no problems with eggs sticking to the pans.
Cooking Cups Are Too Deep
James Collier from France
Update: we have used our new pan six times and this is a new comment. We think the cups are the wrong shape. They have rather straight sides and are deep with flat bottoms. Other egg poachers we've owned had shallow, rounded cup bottoms. Because these are so deep, the bottom of the egg cooks too fast and the white at the top is under-cooked. The cup should allow the egg to cook at the same rate throughout and these don't do that. We can't get a runny yolk unless we settle for an undercooked white.

Loved the one I bought for myself so much that I bought this one for my sister-in-law.

A very good item. Well made. The inserts release the eggs very well, as they are stainless steel on the outside and non-stick plastic on the inside.
This pan is the BEST!

We use this pan for eggs all the time and also as a small frying pan or pot. I works great on our induction cook top and also on a gas or electric range. It cleans up perfectly and with the glass cover you can see whats happening to your food! We love this pan! I have given 2 as gifts to family members as well. I want to buy the larger, 6-egg pan soon.
