Nice & Simple Espresso Maker
Richard from Granada Hills, CA – Verified Buyer
I was looking for a simple inexpensive pump espresso maker that delivers a good cup of coffee and I found the EC-155 which had very positive reviews. I've been using other more expensive espresso makers over the years, including a nice stainless steel Breville 800 ESXL which broke after less than two years and repairing it would have cost more than buying a new one such as the EC-155. After using it for a couple of weeks, I can say that it met my expectations. The only complaint is the height, which doesn't allow a standard mug to be used for cappuccinos, so I have to use a small cup and then transfer the coffee to the mug, but that is something that I had already known from comments by other reviewers. The bottom line is this little espresso maker is well worth the money.

Ok, espresso maker...a bit hard to release old coffee grounds, and steamer arm a bit short...need to tip machine back so we don't spill milk

It works best if you give it the full time to warm up but worth the wait!
As the coffee weve tasted in Rome.

We're very pleased with the DeLonghi machine, The taste of the espresso coffee is just as it is supposed to be. It reminds us of the coffee we've tasted in Rome. Thank you.

Delonghi Pump Espresso Maker My first one lasted 1.5 years. Did not hesitate to buy the second !.When buying the second unit,Iread some reviews i.e. Cup would not fit under machine, didnot work with some kind of grind, whatever. I use the cheapest expresso grind I can find,no prombel. For the money its is great. One month Of buying @ my local cafe pays for it,the other eleven months are all money savers.
