We love these lights. As the other reviewers said, it is bright enough to eat under or read under without being too obtrusive or blinding. It makes a stunning addition to our outdoor pool deck. Lights are easy to install. I had no problems with the quality of the zip ties they provided or the instructions. The hardest part was deciding where to mount the battery pack so that it was within easy reach to plug and unplug but without obscuring anything. My one desired change to this product would be to provide a remote control so the battery pack can be mounted all the way at the top of the pole but you can still switch lights on and off. I have tried other pole lighting options, and this is far superior!!! Buy with confidence.

This is the second set of Dayva LED umbrella lights I have purchased. They are easy to install and give off a good amount of light considering they are LED. The product has been improved by changing the battery pack to use only three D batteries which makes it lighter and easier to attach to the pole.

I was very impressed with the customer service I received. I had a small issue trying to order online. I called the phone number and was able to order over the phone immediately. The rep was knowledgable and courteous and extremely helpful. The delivery was prompt and in good condition.

The lights are pretty and look better than Christmas lights strung around but be careful installing them as the wire snaps easily if you pull it too tightly.

After hanging all the lights it was discovered the battery pack was defective. The battery power box was damage and the connector plug would not insert into the box . The battery box looked like it was melted. The tie downs for the string of light cords are very flimsy and difficult to work with. A lot of extra cord at the top is unsightly. Location for the battery pack is not clear "upbove" the crank or "below" the crank" ? The lights are "white" not "amber" and a bit bright.

I have been looking for ways to bring more light outside to the patio & this fits that need perfectly! I wanted solar lights but they are impossible to find. After reading the reviews I decided to try as part of a Father's Day gift for my husband. They were EASY to install...did it by myself in maybe 20 minutes! I was surprised at just how much light these gave me. I wish the light was more amberish in color but they really really are perfect. We can now sit outside for as long as we want to talk, read, relax, etc..... I would recommend absolutely!

Well, after reading the previous reviews I decided to order these battery operated lights. First off, they do not emit an 'amber' glow, they are full blown bright white led lights...this disappointed me because I really wanted an amber glow which is why I ordered them. Although the color is not what I expected, they do put out a good amount of light, certainly enough to read a book like a previous review said. They were pretty simple to install once you get going but I suggest using real zip ties, the ties provided are flimsy and not as easy to use. Overall a great product but like I said there are discrepancies with reviewers about the lighting color and the amount of batteries it needs...only 3 D batteries. The description provided by the manufacturer is correct!

I love the lights, just didn't realize that there would be too many light strands for our umbrella. I also wish that the lights all faced the same way, but over all, i really enjoy the atmosphere that they cast over our pool.

We attached these to our umbrella with relative ease. Slightly disappointed that the light is more orange than white, but still love the overall effect.
