I moved into friend's home temporarily and purchased this daybed as my primary bed for a spare room.
The bed is gorgeous! The pictures do not do the finish justice.
This is a high quality piece.
The frame is heavy. Very sturdy when assembled. Assembly is a two person job. It is a lengthy process, and there are many steps. However, it could have been worse. Read all instructions, and take inventory first. There were missing screws, but was easily replaced from my dad's toolbox.
I have to go back and revisit how beautiful this bed is in person. The finish is muted and coppery undertones soften the heaviness of the iron. It is so elegant. It's one of those pieces of furniture that adds instant style to a room. I am leaving it as thank you gift for my friend in recognition of her generosity.
