Great bag. Just what I was looking for.

Purpose of the purchase was to obtain a small briefcase to carry a lightweight HP Mini 311 11.6" netbook along with a compact Franklin organizer and a mouse on a daily basis. The David King briefcase fits these items and at need can carry much more. A larger laptop would easily fit the computer space.

Stylish, compact and an eye catcher. [...]. Fits my IBM PC T43p and on days that I turn to the dark side, it fits my Mac book pro 15" pre uni-body. Very smooth leather, dark brown really suits my style. I am very satisfied with this product. Very accommodating for the LEET style...

I selected this briefcase to carry a limited amount of items on a daily basis. I wanted something reasonably light and narrow with enough room to carry an 11.6" netbook, a compact Franklin planner, and a bluetooth mouse. Nylon bags need not apply. The David King Porthole Computer Briefcase satisfied all my criteria. It is a well-made, handsome, and practical solution to my requirements, is easy to load and carry, and is light enough that I use it every day. It has room for much more on those occasions I need to cart more items, and its classic looks enable me to carry it regardless of my style of dress. Highly recommended.

This is a nice bag with lots of room for anything you need to carry. I use an Alphasmart Dana and was looking for something more stylish [...] to carry my Dana. This bag is well able to fit it and then some. I've carried it in the rain with no marks (just requires a periodic conditioning). The strap is a bit narrow and tends to twist. I've had it a few months now and the edges do show some wear, but otherwise it holds up to my hard use. With everything I pack into it, it does get heavy on the shoulder, but otherwise I love this bag.
Almost what I wanted

At first glance, my husband loved the bag. Once he saw the strap though, he joked I had gotten him a woman's bag. He's using it and overall happy with it though and it is a nice looking bag. Just needs a better strap.
Love that bag!

I use my briefcase for everything. Carry it to work daily even without my laptop. Carry personal items such as wallet, checkbook, keys, etc. Great quality workmanship and attractive.

Fortunately, I was moving from an HP Laptop to a MacBook Pro. It would not fit the slightly larger HP. The MacBook Pro is just thinner and fits perfectly into the pocket. Either I missed the dimensions before ordering or they just were not listed on the web site.
