“Hi, can you tell me if you can hose this rug off, bleach it etc.? It does not say that in the description like the rugs that are made of the superheroic poly material.” asked by Jasmine

"Hi Jasmine! This rug is made of superheroic polypropylene and is scrubbable, bleachable and UV-treated for outdoor use. Regular vacuuming and the occasional gentle shake should keep this rug in shipshape condition. Air dry only. Please do not machine wash or tumble dry."

It's been a few weeks since I placed the little rug at the back door where the animals go in and out with wet and muddy paws all day - it's still clean! Dash & Albert is known for high-quality rugs, so I kept my fingers crossed and ordered it anyway. It is more beautiful than it appeared online. More than a month of wintry weather in, it looks as perfect as it did when I first put it down, and that's after a month of hard use from two adults and a toddler who commute on foot (or by stroller) each day.
