This chaise lounger is beautiful and pretty easy to assemble. It takes two people but pretty straight forward. My hubby and I put them both together in about an hour and a half. Just received mine and so far I’m very happy. They look beautiful. We ordered 4 in the gray color. They are not a traditional gray, more of a dark gray with a touch of brown, but still match my other gray furniture nicely. The chairs are comfortable and work easily. My rating is based on the fact both chairs had scratches all over them. In fact, I have 18 pictures of the scratches from both chairs but for obvious reasons didn't post them all. It seems apparent chairs had been returned. The chairs had been adequately wrapped and protected so the scratching wasn't from being shipped. They were either used and returned or the manufacturer has very poor quality control. The box was also a wreck, it had three holes in it and one side was barely taped together. The wording on the box states that you need to send back your product in the box that it came in, which leads me to believe that these chairs had been sent back in the box that arrived to my home. I bought these to place in the water on my pool Sun Shelf. After (like many) who researched for an alternative to the really expensive well known brand that made these types of lounge chairs popular I too read the reviews and hoped they were as accurate and wonderful as claimed especially for such a great price!! I have to say! I like these BETTER than the other brand! Not only because of the price! Because of the attention to detail! I am almost 50 and like to be comfortable over having something pretty but not usable. These are so comfortable! I am writing the review for my husband as he thinks they are too! You must realize what they are for! Usually a Sun shelf and for the sleek look and longevity of being in water and low maintenance. We will definitely buy more as they have hidden wheels! Aren’t extremely heavy yet don’t float away in the pool. No filling with water like other brands and they are stackable! They don’t have a back adjustment to lie flat so keep that in mind when choosing what to buy. I always read reviews from people in Beach areas with high temps to see longevity etc… and this brand has a review on another chair by this brand and all white furniture has lasted two years outside in the Miami Beach area with low maintenance and still look new! That’s tough furniture! In my opinion for those who don’t need to lie flat or on your stomach for tanning I would buy these! They are really comfortable and beautiful! Can’t wait to put these in the pool after the water is stabilized (new saltwater pool ) and also I’m sure the right size lounge mats or cushions could be added or easily made with waterproof material and in the color you desire.
