Danby Silhouette 5.0 Cubic Ft. Beverage Center

After searching high and low for a combination beverage and wine cooler with style, we came across this unit by Danby. We are impressed with the stainless steel doors which contain separate locks and compartments allowing us to securely store wine, but still allowing access to the kids juice boxes stored in the adjacent cooler. We also like the cool blue internal LEDs, as they provide an excellent night light in the kitchen area, keeping those pesky barstools from kicking you in the shins. There are a few items I will mention that do not detract from the unit for me personally, but may be of concern to prospective buyers. This unit is not whisper quiet, and it will turn on frequently. Also, the glass shelves do not allow a 20oz bottle to stand up without removing one of the shelves. 12oz cans work fine. Overall, this unit has been an excellent purchase, and has provided us with the style and function we were searching for.
