DaVinci Richmond 4-in-1 Convertible Crib with Toddler Rail in Espresso

The sides of the drawers are not stained the espresso color and are visible from the sides of the crib, as there is no panel covering the sides as the picture suggests. This is rather unsightly. Also, the drawer frame will not allow for a crib skirt to be used to cover the sides of the drawers. Had this been evident in the photograph, I would not have ordered this crib. It is sturdy when assembled, but scratches easily. The directions for assembly are a bit confusing.

I ordered this crib online and was pleased when received. The color is beautiful and structure is exactly as shown. However, it does scratch easy, the screws can be seen with no cover option, and the bottom drawer will not stay on track. The drawer is the most frustrating because that is why I bought the crib. The drawer is not even being used due to this problem. The only other problem is when it has to be lowered the very bottom is not an option because of the way the front and the drawer meet so you have to use the space above it. For functionally of the crib it was nice but for the extras not so much.

The crib is nice. We purchased this online for my son. The only complaint I have with the crib is that the finish scratches easily and the screws are pretty visible. For not being able to actually see it in person before we bought it we were pleased.

Love the crib and the drawer on the bottom is great! It was simple enough for 2 people to set up. I wish the screw holes came with covers to hide the hardware.

The crib looks beautiful really nice piece of furniture. Installation was pretty simple until it came to drawer installation. The drawer somehow was too SMALL and kept coming off the sliders. We got creative and fixed the problem. Other than that the drawer is very spacious and looks great. As long as yours doesn't come with the same problems you should be just fine.

This crib looks nice but the wood is very soft and light weight.[...] the crib was very scratched up and dented. However, the company was very helpful in replacing the front panels so the crib wouldn't look like something I found in a second hand shop.Also, you can only put the crib together once! The screws won't work after you take them out, we had to go to[...] to get this wood stuff to put in the screw holes for the screws to work again. One more thing, regular mattresses are too small for this crib. You will have to order the Davinci mattresses.

It's a good looking piece of furniture. This is the second crib that I have purchased and I'm pleased with both. Bumpers tie on okay, the wide slat in the front and back make it a little difficult. Other than that the function and look are great! Very happy again.
