About New Zealand Radiata Pine Wood:
Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

Beautiful Crib Very happy with this crib! Still have a couple months until the little one arrives but cannot wait to use it. Just like the other reviews say, yes, it scratches and dents easily but it's wood, this is bound to happen anyway. The instructions aren't too bad at all. It would have been nice if it came with caps to cover the screws and bolts but with the coffee finish they're not that noticable anyway, it could be worse....it's still a beautiful crib in real life and am very happy with it!! |

VERY NICE! Product Review I am very impressed by this product. The price was great- I did a lot of price comparing. I set it up pretty much by myself- with the occasional hand from hubby! The instructions were easy to understand. The finish is very close to the picture- in my opinion its nicer in real life! I read other reviews that said it scratches easily, & I am sure it does being that it is made out of wood, I just made sure I was careful not to bang the peices together. Service Review I live in Canada, & waasn't sure what kind of condition it would arrive in. It did not sustain ANY damage with traveling such a ways. It did sit at the boarder for a little longer than expected- but with the help of customer service,(who by the way are the nicest & easiest people I have ever delt with in a long time-hard to find now a days!)we had it figured out. |

Love this crib! I bought this in a hurry as the crib we originally bought was recalled. UGH! I found this one ordered it. I LOVE it. It's so classy looking without being over the top. After 2 years, it's help up VERY well. We're converting it to a full sized bed {skipping the toddler conversion} for my oldest, who's outgrown his twin bed. I recommend this crib for anyone looking for quailty without breaking the bank! |

Crib Overall a great deal. Only one complaint.... After assembly we realized that there is nothing to cover up the screws used to assemble it. We went to [...] in order to find something to cover them up. |

Nice Looking, not so functional The crib looks nice (though it does seem to scratch easily) but the floating "trundle" drawer was not what I expected from the product description, so that was a bit of an unwelcomed surprise for me. Also, compared to my other child's crib, I don't think the mattress lowering mechanism is as easy to use. |

ok, but not great If you are a new dad with all the super mega dad power tools, make sure you don't use them on this crib. They ain't needed. Just used the little allen wrench. It's all you'll need or you'll strip all the screws and become a new mad-cussing dad with super mega power tools. It made out of cheap wood - cheap wood scratches. Just be careful. Your kid will probably scratch more than you did, so don't worry to much about it. |

Parker crib The color is NOT coffee. It is more of a cherry. It is beautiful, but not the color crib I wanted for the room which was already painted and had other furniture in it. |

Parker Crib Product Review Buy the bed rails. Service Review Service was horrible. The people I spoke with on the phone were polite. However, no one knew what was wrong with my order, which was it was discontinued. Although, I was told on more than one occassion that it was not, it turned out to be true. We bought this as a gift for my niece and had to buy an alternate crib that did not match the set. Do not think I would ever purchase from you company unless you had an item that was not carried by another company. |
