About New Zealand Radiata Pine Wood:
Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

Nice dresser and change Unit Lovely stylish unit that matches the crib we bought too. A little tricky to put together so two pairs of hands are better than one. Lovely quality look finish [...]. Very pleased with value of product for the cost. |

Great buy This product is very good. It is not expensive and it is very good quality. It also came with the baby changing pad. Unlike other baby changers this one looks classy and we will be able to use this even when we are done changing diapers. We also purchased the matching bed and the dresser and they are all a great buy. |

DONT BUY I bought this to go with the Davinci Reagan in Honey Oak. I was initially pleased with the color match however the quality was not anything near the quality of the Davinci. This is constructed with thin boards and Im going to have to add supports to the top as I WILL NOT lay my child on this as its designed. The instructions were very poor also. I have seen many other pieces for cheaper with much better quality. I was very unpleased with the materials used. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS. I really wish it could be easily returned but its too later now. |

Good for the Price. I bought this changer to go with my DaVinci Emily Crib in Honey Oak. They do not match AT ALL. I emailed the manufacturer to let them know I was disappointed about this, and here is what they said:"Thank you for choosing Million Dollar Baby furniture. We are very sorry but the retail store should have informed you the Parker Collection has its own finish and is not compatible with any other collection. We are very sorry but it’s not a manufacture defect."If you are buying this to go with anything but the DaVinci Parker collection, be aware it probably won't match (even if they are both the same color). |

Would have never bought had I known It could not be put together by only one person. Some of the wood was split and had to be glued back together. I was most disappointed with the top of changer: It is not solid wood and it is very thin (about 1/4in thick). I'm nervous it won't support the weight of a child more than 20 lbs. I definitely will not let my daughter stand on it for any amount of time. In my opinion this should be a thicker, sturdier solid piece of wood like other changers in this price range. After all it is the part you lay your child on. I can still use the changer for storage after my daughter doesn't need the changer part, but I won't be able to set anything heavy on top of it like a small tv or books. |
