About New Zealand Radiata Pine Wood:
Radiata Pine, better known as 'New Zealand Pine' is a softwood tree that contains many properties that make it very suitable for furniture and furniture making. It has a density equal to that of hardwoods like poplar, mahogany and oak. Its uniform density ensures a smooth and consistent texture and confers its excellent machining, painting and staining properties; there is almost no variation in color between pieces. DaVinci's pine wood originates from forests maintained by managers that enforce environmental responsibility and the conservation of forest wildlife.

Love this crib! I bought this crib based on the price and reviews and it does not disappoint. This was the easiest of all the furniture we bought to put together. Every piece is lettered and the instructions are very clear. Its nice and sturdy and substantial and looks so classic. Ive had friends spend a lot more on their cribs and honestly I cant tell the difference between theirs and ours. I cant wait to put my baby girl in it! |

Took a few days to put this to bed Good news: The crib [...] included all parts. The bad news: I got half of the thing put together (left side to be exact) when i realized that all the screw holes on the right side were not machined properly....they were too short! I had to stop, go to [...] and buy a bore kit and re-drill all the right side holes. Once this was done, (like 2 hours..because you can't go too far) it really is a pretty easy piece of furniture to put together. I pray it goes back together as well the 2nd time after the move....it certainly will not fit through any single doorway. |

Just like the picture. This is perfect for our nursery. The color is definitely black like we wanted, not too shiny at all. Pretty easy to put it together. The brackets that suspend the rack does prevent the bed skirt from fitting perfectly but it's not too noticeable. It really is nice |

Beautiful and sturdy This crib is absolutely beautiful! It is very sturdy and I feel completely confident that my baby girl is safe when she is sleeping. She is 3 months old now, and at this point, I don't think we could have found a better value! |

We love this crib! We had been searching high and low for a crib for my 1 1/2 yr old son.. we checked out our local bargain stores, kid's specialty stores and even checked a few online retailers..until we came across Wayfairs we were never really comfortble or satisfied with the consumer ratings. [...] my husband wanted me to wait until he got home from work so that we can both put it together, but I was so excited that I put it together on my own. I'm have three older children and I haven't put together a crib since 1994 and this one was a cinch. I pulled all the parts out of the box downstairs, carried the pieces up to the baby's room myself (the box itself with all the pieces was way too heavy) and put the crib together without assistance from anyone, and without incident. We love it! I would recommend this crib to anyone and everyone. It is really rich looking and there weren't any scratches or dents at all. We're going to be buying more pieces from Wayfair for my baby's room and I am sure we will be satisfied with our next purchase as well. Thanks |

Sturdy....Decent product for the price.. Product Review The crib itself is great. Its large and looks good from a distance and the front. a side view exposes the hardware screws which are very unattractive... Also, the lower rung on the front side of the crib split when tightening the screws during assembly because on of the wholes was NOT drilled straight. Overall ...fair price for a decent product. Service Review Delivery was prompt actually within just a couple days....packaging and condition on arrival was fine. |
