After getting the bed put together and trying to get the box springs to fit, we determined that the rails were set just a little too close. We had to take the plastic corners off the box springs and really force it in there; so much so that the rails bow slightly. When purchasing the full size box springs, measure all that are available to you with a tape measure before deciding which set to buy, and buy the smallest set available.
