The listing for this desk is deceiving. It should be made clear that without selecting optional drawers/file that the desk does not come with either. The description and picture makes it seem like the desk comes with both. I'm disappointed in that I could've saved $420 if I would've purchased the drawers/file together, which I would've done if I know this listing did not include them. I was offered the same 20% off coupon upon talking to a CSR on the phone, but the drawer/file would've still been another $540 on top of the $600 I paid for the desk. The delivery people that put the desk together did not have the proper tools to do so. Part of the desk was put together backwords. I had to take it back apart and reconfigure, which was difficult because the cam locks were stipped (due to an improper bit used on a power drill). Overall I'm very disappointed with this order and will not be ordering from CSN again.
