Not happy with this chair at all. It looks like a cheap chair and all four legs had scratches and marks on them. Also, on the ivory the print is much more apparent than pictured.

Poor quality...the chair feels and looks like it should have come out of a bargain basemnt store...could have found the same poor quality at a fraction of the cost...not at all worth the money! I bought two chairs in chocolate for staging homes, but would not be able to actually use the chairs for functional seating...uncomfortable and akward...these chairs are just for look, not function...again, over priced! All totalled I paied just over $160 per chair...not even worth that price for the set...should have just kept hunting on foot. Giving two stars, one for the great colorof the chairs...nice deep rich chocolate...and second for customer service.

Great service. It came on the exact date. It is the right size and color and fits nicely in our romm as an extra chair.

I was very excited to get this chair - a little surprised that I had to assemble it when it arrived. I often buy furniture from other retailers that needs to be assembled, however, so this was not a big deal. It is fairly simple to put together - you just need to attach the seat to the back, which is a little challenging due to the stuffing, and then the legs to the seat. I did it alone, but it would go a little more smoothly if there was another set of hands to help holds things steady while screwing them together. My real frustration came when I realized that one of the screw settings is likely stripped or nearly so, and I was unable to adequately tighten it to secure the leg of the chair, so now the chair is a bit wobbly. I imagine two solutions would be to send back the chair and get a new one, or to take that leg off and rescrew with wood glue in the hole, clamp the leg and let it set prior to use. The latter option is the likely route I will take when I have more time to take it apart and put it back together again. Otherwise, the upholstery is very pretty and soft, as I had hoped, and the styling of the chair is streamlined and modern, yet warm, and would likely fit into just about any room. I had two of these chairs and the other was much better constructed. Long story short, I would recommend this product to a friend, but with reservations due to construction.

I ordered 2 of these chairs for a public sales office. They looked great however the quality of the product was a little disappointing. One of the chairs went together OK, but the other had legs that were very off kilter. If that chair had been sitting on tile rather than carpet it would have had to be returned.
