I've been using inferior knives for all of my life and thought it was time to step up and buy a "real" set of knives! I looked for a set that had good reviews, was priced right and made in the USA! These knives are wonderful and I don't know how I did without them! They feel nice in hand and do any job effectively! I would recommend them to anyone who wants to spend as little as possible and get a high quality set! I didn't have the choice of handle color, but it was less important than quality/value.
