tim cooper from fernie, bc canada	2.0 5/8/2012 OK coffee maker I bought in Oct, its now the following may and it is starting to peter out. I only use it two to three times a day so I am a little disappointed. Thought I would get more than 8 months out of it. Steemer knob is very hard to turn and I think its just going to snap off one day. Looks nice and easy to clean. Steaming has always been farely slow but now its very slow. I have cleaned it several times but still is very slow. Guessing its the heater. I will be returning it. Hope I get a refund and I will buy another brand. I did review it before I got it and reviews seem good - not sure perhaps I got a lemon, regardless I will not be buying another. Was this helpful? Yes / No
