Like having the ability to drink one cup at a time. No mess with transferring coffee into thermos. Only drawback is that coffee gets cold pretty quickly after coffee maker shuts off. Best to make only a few cups at a time because of this. Otherwise; best coffeemaker I ever owned. Was this helpful? Yes / No

The best part about this unit is that there is no carafe to break or to 'burn' the coffee. The only problem I had was that it leaked a bit for a while but I cleaned the entire machine and found a coffee grind stuck under one of the valves - once that was cleared no more leak! Coffee stays hot and fresh for hours - a great purchase. Well worth it. Was this helpful? Yes / No

There is no carafe to get stained or broken. It cleans easily. You pull out the tank with the basket and filter, give them a rinse and put them back in until next time. Was this helpful? Yes / No

This is my second one, as I liked it so much I bought another one, thinking I had a lemon at first. But now this one stopped working also. My sister's did the same thing and my daughter's did the same thing also. It is great when it works, but it does not seem to last longer than one year.
