Sandy from Florida	2.0 9/5/2011 Not a Good Buy I make coffee every morning. I don't use the programming just the grind and brew. Despite the instructions, the entire mechanism needs to be cleaned after each use. Otherwise it clogs and you really have a mess. If a lot of cups are made, not all of the beans move down the chute to be ground. You have to manually push them there. Dont buy this coffee pot. Was this helpful? Yes / No
JDMOMTO3 from GRANGER, IN	1.0 9/20/2010 Do not buy this coffeemaker!!!! This is the worst coffeemaker I have ever owned. The hopper gets clogged up EVERY TIME I grind coffee beans. When I called the company, they said that I had to take the whole thing apart every time I used it. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!! Also, very difficult to fill with water because the access door is on the top at the very back, making it necessary to pull out the entire thing to turn completely around to fill. If I do not do this, water will get into the hopper, and that, according to the manual, will ruin the unit. Also, the carafe spout NEVER pours without dribbling water/coffee all over the place. This item should be recalled. I can't believe this company is still taking customers' money for this horrible product. DON'T BUY IT!!! Was this helpful? Yes / No

However, it seems like there is much more work involved as far as cleaning the machine in between uses - at least compared to a simple everyday coffeemaker.
