The first one was used, got it on eBay, 2 was a refurb, but they both lasted years. I love the convenience of grinder coffee maker all in one the latest model is quieter than my last 2. If I remember to set It up night the programmable feature is nice. I have hard water didnt clean the pot like I should have had problems with the brewer not making a full pot after years of use. Ill have to see if 3 lasts longer, but its a chance Im willing to take for this awesome coffee maker. Service Review Delivery was fast. No problems with this company. Was this helpful? Yes / No

For my taste, I enjoy very hot coffee and never got it with this maker; even the first cup was not hot as you might expect from freshly brewed coffee. Was this helpful? Yes / No

The carafe keeps the coffee hot for a long period of time.It looks nice in brushed chrome.Its not cheap but well worth the extra. Coffee tastes better than in a mr coffee for sure! Was this helpful? simple joys at home from TN	5.0 11/4/2010 The Perfect Coffeemaker! Product Review I love this coffeemaker! We have gone through several in the past few years and finally settled on this one. It's a keeper! I love the fact that it grinds the beans and then brews right away, or if using ground coffee, you can turn off the grinder. The only complaint is that during the very brief grinding time it is a bit noisy... but aren't all grinders? Service Review Delivery was very prompt. Item was well packaged. Was this helpful?
