Compact design and good for small portions. However, can't use it to effectively fry larger portions (i.e., chicken thighs). Good heating mechanism. Ended up using it as a shabu shabu machine.

Perfect for 2-4. Easy to clean and it is compact. Have used it more than the large bulky fryer we had.

this is an awesome deep fryer and totally worth the money. yes it doesn't come with its own oil filtration system, but this is totally worth it for the price. for us,[...]it's a good size deep fryer for 2-3 people (and uses a decent amount of oil). Cleaning is a breeze especially if you follow the instruction. It also heats up pretty quickly, compared to conventional deep frying using a pot. when following the cooking instruction on the provided booklet, our home-cut fries turn out awesome! crispy on the outside and still moist on the inside. we also used it to deep fry tofu and it turns out to be exactly the same as what we usually order at the restaurant. if you're a first timer, this is a great item to have :)

We only eat fried about 2 times a month. This item is so much easier and cleaner than pan frying, I am sorry that I didn't get one sooner. I find the fries are as good as fast food fries when prepared in this. The breaded shrimp are excellent too. I find that it's easy to clean and compact to store. Great price as well. Very happy with this purchase.

It's a nice little fryer. However it claims to be cool touch, but it's not cool touch at all. It does get hot. It's a bit smaller than I was expecting. Other than that, I like it. Great for french fries!

Love this its so fast and easy to use. Heats up super fast, and although you can't over load it with alot of stuff you can cook hamburgers, chicken, fries list goes on. We love it cause we have limited space so this takes up hardly no room yet does what we need.

My husband and I both loved this particular deep fryer. It heats up quickly and for its small size actually holds quite a bit of food. We were able to fry a bag of french fries in 3 batches. So it is a great size for cooking for 1-2 people. The food cooked quickly so the 3 batches didn't take long at all. I would still use it for larger parties as well. It holds 1.1 liters of oil which is less than other deep fryers but still cooks the same which is great. Make sure you don't over stuff your fry basket though or your food won't cook evenly and you'll over flow your oil. :0) I like that the cord hooks in magnetically. You can remove it and store it inside your empty, clean fryer. The lid and basket are dishwasher safe and the fryer bowl wipes clean very easily. Over all it is a great deep fryer in a small size.

I wanted something small for the motor home and this item is the perfect size. I also like the low power consumption.
