Cuisinart Convection Bread Maker in Brushed Stainless - CBK-200

Looks Great in my view but my spouse hasnt tried it yet as shes using up her gluten free bread already purchased but shes looking forward to doing her own concoctions in her new machine

Great fast product with 100 recipes not just for bread.

I bought this item as it had a gluten-free setting. It worked fine for a while, but then the bread started to turn out like a lump of unbaked clay even though I did not use it often. After seeing many of these in stores that sell refurbished merchandise, I realized that I was unlucky to have mine conk out after the warranty period. For the price, I don't think it lasted anywhere near long enough.

I have tried all the sizes and they turned out great. Looking forward to trying some of the special breads. I also made the Blueberry Lime Jam and it is fantastic.

It does seem like the motor is loud and over-working itself, but I love how easy the recipes are that come with it! And the bread tastes great on Light setting. I was given this product as a giveaway on the website Cuckoo for Coupon Deals

Our first machine was defective but [...]we are thrilled with the performance of #2!!I would highly recommend this product.

I love this breadmaker. I had just gotten rid of an off brand/cheaper breadmaker that did not work well and was worried that this one wouldn't work either. This breadmaker hits it out of the park. It is easy to use and makes amazing bread. I love how effortless it is to make great tasting bread. I highly recommend this breadmaker! My mother in law just bought a cheaper one and it doesn't make very good bread and she always has problems with her loaves falling. I'm so happy with my purchase.

I still like my old PANASONIC better---because it had a a yeast compartment on the lid by it self. BUT--the PANASONIC would get to hot on the sides---almost burning the bread.Maybe because it was getting old. But I still loved it better than his one.

I am quite impressed... I have made several loaves, and some doughs, ALL Delicious! The machine has easy to use menu options, Bread/Dough Setting (White, Wheat, Dough, Gluten Free, etc...) Loaf/Dough Size (1lb, 1 1/2lb, 2lb) Crust Setting (Light, Medium, Dark) and a Mix-Ins Option. The Recipe Book that is included is AMAZING! It has ALOT of Variety! Whites, Wheats, French/Italian, Quick Breads, Cakes, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Doughs, Artisans, Sweet Breads, and Jams. All recipes are laid out to show amounts for all 3 loaf/dough sizes, and even tells you approx. how much the dough will produce for rolls, etc. I have made some recipes from other sources, and use the included recipe book as a guide to determine the Size Setting, pretty easy to figure out. You can lift the lid at any time to add alittle more flour, milk, etc... without interupting the process. It even tells you when to add your Mix-Ins (Raisins, Nuts, etc.) You also have the option to remove the paddle before the Bread Bakes, it tells you when to do this as well. The machine does take a while to fully produce a loaf of bread, but does have settings for Rapid Loaves, which take much less time. Bottom Line: It is easy to use, easy to figure out, easy to improvise... Over-All Easy Machine. I Love It and would Highly Recomend It!! I am very impressed, and I am really enjoying all its abilities.
