Easy to use, a quality machine
June from Rockport, MA – Verified Buyer
I carefully followed the instructions, feeling I would be content if the result in any way resembled an actual loaf of bread and/or proved to be partly edible. I was pleasantly surprise that my first attempt (and subsequent attempts) produced very edible bread with a minimum of fuss. I appreciate the extensive selection of recipes and varying options for size and crust. Also, listing the calories and carbs for each recipe is especially helpful.

Love this bread maker! I've had another bread maker in the past and it did not compare to this one on any level. I love the recipe book that comes with it and the versatility of being able to make jams is amazing! Pros: easy to use, cleans up easy, price point is great, come with a great recipe book Cons: none, I would recommend this to anyone who is just starting to make bread or has been doing it for years!
Pretty Nice Machine...
Fishin Mama from Montana
I am quite impressed... I have made several loaves, and some doughs, ALL Delicious! The machine has easy to use menu options, Bread/Dough Setting (White, Wheat, Dough, Gluten Free, etc...) Loaf/Dough Size (1lb, 1 1/2lb, 2lb) Crust Setting (Light, Medium, Dark) and a Mix-Ins Option. The Recipe Book that is included is AMAZING! It has ALOT of Variety! Whites, Wheats, French/Italian, Quick Breads, Cakes, Low Carb, Gluten Free, Doughs, Artisans, Sweet Breads, and Jams. All recipes are laid out to show amounts for all 3 loaf/dough sizes, and even tells you approx. how much the dough will produce for rolls, etc. I have made some recipes from other sources, and use the included recipe book as a guide to determine the Size Setting, pretty easy to figure out. You can lift the lid at any time to add alittle more flour, milk, etc... without interupting the process. It even tells you when to add your Mix-Ins (Raisins, Nuts, etc.) You also have the option to remove the paddle before the Bread Bakes, it tells you when to do this as well. The machine does take a while to fully produce a loaf of bread, but does have settings for Rapid Loaves, which take much less time. Bottom Line: It is easy to use, easy to figure out, easy to improvise... Over-All Easy Machine. I Love It and would Highly Recomend It!! I am very impressed, and I am really enjoying all its abilities.

Very happy with my purchase. Had a minor issue with one of the legs which was quickly taken care off. I love my Bread Maker, its very well made and make's a beautiful loaf of bread. I made a few pastries from the recipe book and they were good as well. I love shopping with Wayfair, because if you're not happy with your purchase, they do everything in their power to make sure you're satisfied.
super sharp bread machine

Beautiful machine that makes 3 different size loaves. Easy to operate and clean. I have to put the crust setting on light and it still comes out a little too dark but still looks and tastes great. Also, the paddle is hard to get out of the loaf when done. If those two problems were fixed I would rate it a 5.
Cuisinart is my Choice
strauss44 from Calgary, Alberta, Canada
I have the Cuisinart for about four years. It is used at least twice a week, with almost perfect results. When it doesn't work, it's my recipe, not the bread machine. For a dough recipe that is not in the machine's recipe book, I have learned to judge the machine's recipe book, for ingredients somewhat similar, and use that cycle.I do always check the mixing about 10 minutes after start (I am retired, so sorry to you working folks that need the timed start, etc.) If needed I add liquid, or flour, to get the consistency I want. I needed to learn that, but it didn't take long, and now gives me consistent results. Don't forget the stuff that affects the dough. The ingredients change with the weather. Adjustments are part of cooking, and very satisfying when the results are good. Don't blame the machine if you get poor results.I do wish the parts would last a bit longer. I need a new paddle every 9 months or so, but for $7 it's not pricey to get. In about a year I will need a new pan also. I am told that's about $20. So not too bad again.
Love this thing!

I was a little skeptical about buying a bread maker, but once I tasted the first slice, I was sold! I've also made jam with it, and the jam was absolutely wonderful. For any type of product, you just throw the ingredients in and a couple hours later you have yum! My only complaint is that the start, pause and other top buttons get a little stuck sometimes. That's a minor thing compared to the world of homemade this maker opens up to you.
Looks nice and seems to work good
Jennifer from Belton, TX
But can be deceiving. I have made 2 breads so far and both were too hard. I followed directions, but machine didn't seem to be in right mode as it should have been...mixing instead of baking when it said it would after beep. This may even get a 3 star if I get more time to try, but gave it 4 since I haven't tried it enough. Kinda discouraging when it had such good reviews of how simple it was.
Exploding you inner side of baking.these is the opportunities we have being waiting for don't worry with this machine theirs no mistake . I mean none.

WOW Talk about delicious bread!
Barb from Suncook, NH
I've been wanting to make bread but have no time for kneading, rising, etc. This machine had good reviews and I trust Cuisinart so I bought it. It arrived a few days ago and I already have made a Raisin Pumpernickle and Cinnamon Raisin breads. It's SO easy with the instruction/cookbook that comes with it - after adding ingredients you press a few buttons and everything is done for you from mixing, kneading, baking!! You can add nuts, raisins, choco chips, whatever you like when the signal goes off too. I like the light crust I did on the cinnamon bread, my other half likes the medium crust that I did on his pumpernickle. This machine will get ALOT of use in this house! Anyone can do it if you read the directions. I bought all the ingredients from the King Arthur Flour site so when the bread machine arrived I was ready to go! Absolutely delicious bread the first try!!! Don't pass this one by, its worth every penny.
