Marilyn -looking for Mmmm S/F Van.Lattes from Seattle, Washington	1.0 7/18/2011 Wish it would keep working... My first espresso maker worked about 2-3 weeks then the lock, on handle, locked and would not open - forever...sent back. Second maker worked about 4 months Then the gasket on the grounds handle broke and it now sends very hot water and steam spewing over machine and no espresso....I give up. When it was working it made very good espresso but the foaming wand didn't foam well. Was this helpful? Yes / No

Shoulda bought in Canada from Kirkland Lake, ON	1.0 4/6/2011 still waiting for a cuppa I'm sure that once I get this product, I'll enjoy it. But it's been two months since I first ordered my Cuisinart espresso machine. [...] shipped from the states, so the "free shipping" didn't apply. OK. The Machine is here. Fire her up and let's have that first cafe-creme. Machine chugs and strains but not a drop came through. Spent a day calling 800 numbers, but since I was in Canada,the US referred me to the Can. number, who told me that since the purchase was US, they didn't touch it. Finally a service center accepted it, and I shipped it off (about 500 miles away)It was back to me within 10 days. But now the ON button didn't work. Called them backcomplaining I now had over $200 in the thing and still no coffee. They mailed me a prepaid mailing label. And off it went. That's about 5 days ago. I figure it should be back in about 10 days. In the meantime, I'm drinking Timmies. Looking forward to the perfect cappuchino in my kitchen.Any bets? Was this helpful? Yes / No
