CucinaPro Raviolamp 24 Ravioli Tray

Makes cute ravioli but its too small and the filling smooshes out due to the solid back design. Have made ravioli with a larger mold that has no back. (basicly a cutout frame) This one is not worth the trouble if its the only frame you're using. If you just wanna make a few for fun its probably ok once you get the hang of how little filling you need and really dust the mold with flour so they don't stick.

I'm not an experienced ravioli maker. I should've picked out one that was larger. I'm finding it to be very difficult to get the press to cut through the dough (tried various thicknesses) without squishing the contents out. I hate to review this product due to my lack of experience, so I'm giving it a 4 with the assumption that the issue is mine not the press itself.

I gave this as a gift to someone who had requested a ravioli maker. It is a nice pan but makes very tiny ravioli! I should have paid more attention to the measurement size, but it really seems tinier than that! The recipient seemed pleased with it, though!

I did not realize that it was so small.Raviolis would be tiny.I would like to return it.[@]
