Product was as promised......a complete package for home pasta making, and at a bargain price. It comes with everything you need, but the dough. It seems very sturdy, arrived quickly, and was well packaged and clean. Getting the dough correct is the big task here. Temperature is a major factor. Once that's right, the pasta making is fun and easy,regardless of the size you make. One comment I will make...the pictures show a triple ravioli cutter, such as one might use in a soup, but a double, more traditional ravioli cutter is what we received. Making stuffed ravioli in just one motion was a piece of pasta!

Fresh pasta starts with making the dough and letting it sit for at least 1/2 hour, while the chopping and preperation of the sause and toppings are done. While the sause simmers, they pasta is rolled, rolled, rolled and then cut, cooked immediatley and then added to the sause. I even did an egg pasta dough for Beef Stroganoff... all I can say is the taste is just this side of heaven!

I finally found a pasta machine with some size and strongly built,too.The only thing is I wish it had larger lasagna maker,such as two across the flat strip.It would be closer to normal size and easier to fill.Also,a head to cut different egg noodle sizes.Overall it's the best I've come across.With the two above cutting heads,there wouldn't be a machine to beat the Pasta Fresh 5!!!

I got this machine after looking all around for at many different ones. I was really happy with it and the product I created!! Get it I promise it will not disappoint!

This little pasta maker is great, except for the Ravioli attachment. The ravioli is too small and therefore the filling is too difficult to put in. The rest of the attachments are great.

I chose this machine to work with polymer clay and it is fantastic for this application! The clay runs through smoothly and you can adjust the thickness so easily! It would be great if the feeder was even wider so you do larger sheets, but I don't know of a machine that has that, so it's not really a complaint. The machine is light weight, yet sturdy and the handle is easy to use. The attachments are great for cutting strips or 'postage stamps' from the clay! I am really happy with this machine! [...] If you are looking for a great machine to work with clay, this certainly fits the bill!
