Manual cookie press

This cookie press is sturdy and fairly easy to use. I useed it to make cheese straws and it worked well for this project. I found it cleaned well and fit my needs.

Perfect! We have already started making our Christmas Cookies and freezing them! It gives you a variety of shapes and it is very easy to use.

This is exactly what I wanted. However, my mother made thinner cookies than any press I have seen. Since this one is metal, I can have it filed down to the thickness (or in my case the thiness) I want. The gun as is was light weight, easy to fill, easy to use, easy to change the cookie design, and easy to clean. I would recommend this cookie gun to anyone, beginner to advanced baker.

Thought I'd give this a try with spritz cookies. I have used the old fashion cookie press for years but thought this looked easier. Well I think I will keep using the old turn crank press its much easier and less frustrating.
Not all that impressed...

Really not impressed. Worked for one batch of cookies then the pin on top snapped. May be good for super soft cookies, but anything thicker than peanut butter will be painful.

My family makes close to 3,000 press cookies to give away as Christmas gifts (yes, its a whole day affair), and this press held up beautifully! I look forward to using it every year for many years to come.
