I do find that the hooks don't slide the best in one direction-but that hasn't been a big deal. My husband installed it fairly easily. Was this helpful? Yes / No

On the photo, it looks like it is all chrome. I called and asked if it was, or if the rings was white inside. He told me, no white, all chrome. So I decided to get it. However when I unpacked it, it did have white plastic covering inside the rings, which take a bit away from the elegant clean look i wanted . So that is why it only have four stars. Was this helpful? Jane Yu from Gaithersburg, MD	3.0 9/9/2012 Very beautiful but not crazy about installation. The rod comes in 2 pieces at 4' lengths. You have to cut them to fit your bathroom layout. I had no problem cutting it with a miter saw using a blade for metals but why wouldn't they just make it two 5' length rods so that people with the standard 5' bathrooms do not have to splice two rods together and have a seam.
