The island arrived in two days with many pieces and parts, all in great shape. The black granite was awesomely handsome, so much more than expected. .Cons: Some pieces of hardware didn't work. We picked up screws and such locally, though the company offered to send them. The island was assembled and in use long before the replacement hardware arrived. The instructions were excellent, materails well crated, and all parts accounted for. The product is well worth the money and is very classy looking. We had it together in about 3 hours. It is now full of cookbooks and small appliances. It is a very sturdy cabinet and looks gorgeous.
