Almost perfect but not quite.

For a product that normally retails in the $400 range, this cart falls somewhat short of its own hype. But for a product I was able to get at just over $200 (20% coupon from Wayfair), it's just great. Assembly wasn't a snap, but it also wasn't terribly difficult. My son and daughter in law put it together for me in an hour. I couldn't have done it myself. One piece of a drawer back had broken off and they had to fudge it a bit. One drawer does not seat well in the cart and must be opened and closed with some delicacy. The other drawer is fine. It leaves me wondering if perhaps discounted carts are how Crosley (or Wayfair) deals with slightly imperfect items. For $400, both drawers should have been perfect.

This cart is very high quality and quite sturdy. It goes well in my kitchen and provides me with plenty of exra counter space to prepare and serve my meals. The shelves provide great space to store items I want to access quickly, yet keep off my counter. A friend was over when it as delivered and he whipped it together in 15 minutes. I dont think I could have built it quite that fast, but it was not at all dificult. I recommend this cart highly. I don't know what I did without it.

This cart is perfect for my small kitchen. It's a great size, adds sorely needed counter space, and the wheels make it very easy to move around. There were a few scratches on the wood out of the box, and the drawers are a little janky, which is why it's 4 stars and not 5. Definitely worth the price and would recommend it to anyone who needs a good storage solution in a smaller kitchen.
Lots of Storage and looks great

I am very pleased. I can fit both a microwave and a toaster oven on the top. I store other small kitchen appliances and canisters on the lower shelves. It matches my cherry kitchen cabinets very well. Cleared up clutter in my kitchen. The only cons were that it was dusty when we unpacked it and one of the drawers is a little off.
GREAT PRODUCT & FAST DELIVERY

I was very impressed with the fast delivery. I ordered the product on Monday early afternoon and it was on my door step when I got home Tuesday evening! My husband assembled it in approx. 1 hour! It is a great addition to my kitchen and provides the necessary counter space and decorative storage options. I was very happy to see the butcher block countertop was already sealed so I did not have to seal or season the raw wood.
Absolutely Love It

Lots of packaging, but very much worth the trouble unwrapping everything for the great protection it provided. Drawers are a bit shallow, but good for spices. We keep a small microwave on the shelf below and it fits perfectly. Top is very well constructed. We actually had a larger island built with a stain to match the top and a white base. We use this more as a sideboard than an island but it could certainly function as one in a small home.
Great looking island but assembly complicated

Great looking and good functionality. Pre - cut holes were not aligned properly making assembly more complicated and time consuming than necessary. But a great product for the money. Especially appreciate the narrower depth which was hard to find.
MAJOR ASSEMBLY REQUIRED

2 stars only because this piece looks nice once it's together, but it's cheaply made. I've built furniture before but I did not know I'd have to build this one. The site ought to have a banner that says Build it yourself. it ought to say something!!!!! I would not have bought it had I known it came in 23 pieces + 68 pieces of hardware and an allen wrench. I also needed my own tools to finish the job, like a regular wrench and a phillips screwdriver. The directions were obscure, badly written and illustrated. It took a neighbor, who is a developerbuilder to help me put this together. He noted several holes out of alignment. Worst of all the drawers don't work properly because the partition panel between the drawers has the sliders at different heights. I could of course re-drill holes and take off the drawer hardware and reinstall it - but that's not what I do, nor is it what I want to do.

Great quality was easy to assemble.I I just love the look and function of the cart. I use the two shelfs for my extra plates and pots and baking pans. The black color goes well with my black appliances. The extra storage space is one of the reasons I purchased this cart. I recently down sized to a smaller home. everyone who sees this cart is impressed with it's good looks and sturdiness.
Just what I wanted!

The Whiton Wood Top Kitchen Cart came in two well-protected boxes. It was fairly easy to assemble...I've assembled quite a few pieces of furniture, so I have some experience. It is beautiful and I love it! The only thing that I'm not happy with is how the drawers open and close... it isn't smooth at all.
