Crosley Cambridge Kitchen Island with Granite Top
Pretty, well packed, but only 14.5 interior depth, not 18 as stated
S from Martinez, CA– Verified Buyer
Arrived quickly, very well packed, granite was in a wood crate. Beautiful cabinet, nice black granite, all as pictured in the website. Product details says: Cabinet Interior Depth - Front to Back: 18 inches. In actual the interior depth is only 14.5 and not 18. Please note the arrangement of the 4 door panels: the interior is split into 3 areas, and not two. The inner width of side compartments are only 10 with 7.5 opening. Thus: all my big appliances: e.g. bread machine, turkey fryer etc will not fit. I bought this island to store big stuff. Had I known that the interior depth is only 14.5 I won't buy this. Overall it is a pretty kitchen island. Too bulky to return, so I decided to keep it despite it won't serve the main planned purpose.
Overpriced for the quality

Very Sturdy & Well Made
Beautiful -but a lot to put together....
Rene from Dalhart, Tx– Verified Buyer
I love the look of the product. Its beautiful. It took a couple of hours for me to put together. The quality of the wood is not what I expected. It could be a little more sturdy. Other than that I really like it.
A few damages, but savable. Nice piece!

Cabinet arrived without a curtesy email or call notifying of date and time. It did arrive faster than anticipated, but if I had not happened to check online that day and then run off from work the delivery service would have left the packages in the front of my house.I put the cabinet together by myself - no problem. It takes some time but that was ok. Despite the thick packaging one piece pointing to the back was lightly damaged and some pieces for the drawers were broken off. It appears toe these pieces broke while being packaged, b/c there was no indication of a possible damage when looking at the packaging. I repaired the damage myself and it is not visible - otherwise I would have called. The piece looks great and fits perfectly in our kitchen.

The construction is rigid, and the granite top looks nice. The assembly took about 2 hours, but it wasn't too difficult. The drawers feel light when it is being pulled. I would recommend this.
A Touch of Class

My brand new Crosley kitchen cart is great. It took the full two hours to put together, but the directions were clear, the pieces well labelled, and everything was in good condition upon arrival. I debated for a long time whether to choose the wood or granite top - but I am glad I choose the latter. That large chunk of black polished stone makes my whole place resound with class. Be warned, it is very heavy, so you need two stout people to build this island. It is also a good functional place to prep dinners or use as a dry bar. The storage area is mostly adequate (though I believe two large cabinets would be preferable to the one large and two small cabinets in my island).
Does not look pre-fab!

This island looks great in our kitchen! It does not look like we bought it online and put it together ourselves! It looks custom built. It took us close to 3 hours to put together. The only thing that bugs me just a little are the exposed screws on the back. We do not have it against a wall, so it would be nice to have covers for them. Otherwise,it is a great addition to our kitchen. I had a contractor comment that it looks like it cost 1,000.
