So we started out on a bit of a sour note due to shipping, but thats not Wayfairs fault its Mother Natures. This was suppose to ship on a Monday but because the North East has just been pummeled with Snow and Ice the last few weeks, it did not ship until Friday which meant we did not get it for 10days, when we should have gotten it in 5. But other than that it arrived quickly (from the time it actually shipped). Dispite the shipping issue, it came in 3 packages delivered by UPS. One of the boxes was slightly banged up, but we were not too concerned. The Granite top was packaged amazingly in a wooden crate and there were no imperfections. It took my husband and I apprx. 2 hours to assemble this. There are ALOT of parts but it goes together pretty well. There are some parts of the directions that I believe should have been broken down into multiple steps as the drawings get a little confusing. There was ONE ding in one of the boards and we were not sure if we would be able to notice it once assembled. Once assembled we can absolutely see it, but its on the corner by one of the drawers, and since the stain is dark, I just took a brown marker to it and it hides it suffiently enough that I am happy. When assembling the drawers, one of the parts is apparently only glued on, and it popped off, so we have to re-glue it and probably secure it with some nails to make sure it doesnt happen again. All in all, we are happy with the Island. It matches our kitchen cabinets perfectly and the granite top is amazingly nice for the extra $100 it cost to upgrade to it.
Great island, not so great QC

Really nice design, except bottoms of drawers could be sturdier. I do wish the side attachments were designed to be put on or left off at your discretion (cannot be left off without leaving large holes in the side). I bought some white screw-in hooks and converted the left attachment to a mug rack, four mugs above and four hanging beneath. This is not a center island, doors are only on the front. Both wheels and feet are included. The feet, by the way, do not actually touch the floor but terminate in a small rubbery circle, so I am not sure which would be better at distributing the weight (with the granite top this is very heavy) if you have a floor that can be easily damaged - probably a felt pad would be a good idea in either case. VERY well packed (including the top coming in a massive wood frame for protection) - and that excellent packaging is, in a way, the reason for my unimpressive review. You see, there were lots of nicks and dings, and one panel completely crushed. Now, that panel is on the left, inside, and cannot be seen without getting down on your knees and had no functional impact - which is very suspicious. I work in quality assurance and I know that companies will have criteria about what can and cannot pass, and it is common that even a major defect, if not visible and non-functional, will be allowed through. And some of the dings were on the edges of doors, and on top of the shelf that the aforementioned mugs are sitting (which could not be flipped over to hide the ding as there are big holes in the bottom of that shelf to hold the towel accessory). That last one is missing paint so it occurred after the shelf was already painted. Most, if not all, of these dings and the big crack could not have occurred during shipment because the whole thing is extremely well packed and protected - a forklift tine driven trough the box might shatter a panel but not cause paint gouge off a shelf. Yes, I know that this is an assemble-by-numbers and not an heirloom piece of furniture. But it is also not $59.95 from Ikea, either. Final note: I purchased this through Amazon, even though it cost MORE, because I figured if I had a problem I'd have "peace of mind." Well, I did (have a problem - some mom-n-pop shipping company demanded I be home to sign, even though that was never disclosed), and didn't (have peace of mind) - Amazon gave me the runaround saying they would, and would not, fix the problem, and then that I could, and then could not cancel the order. I had to go to my bank to have charges reversed to get Amazon to cancel. One phone call to Wayfair - by far the cheaper choice - and I had assurances that I could take delivery without taking a day off to sign...and I had delivery within two days. So three stars for the island, five stars for Wayfair, who really came through with outstanding customer service. Pros: Looks great, lots of space (and more importantly, lots of usable space!), granite top will survive the next ice age Cons: Shaky quality control at factory.

We bought this when we downsized from having a full bar. We have this stocked now and under a mirror. It was wider than we needed, so we left off the paper towel holder and rack. It looks very nice and came packaged very well.
Good, but not wood

Looks really nice and helps organize the kitchen. It takes about three hours to assemble. The only negative are that it is not wood and the side cabinets are too small.
Great Ktichen Island

This is a great Island. It made such a great addition ot our kitchen. The product had a lot of pieces but I found it easy to put together step by step. It does take a while but well worth the end result. The cherry cabinet is an excellent match to our cherry cabinets in our kitchen. The granite top is excellent quality and beautiful. Would recommend this to others.
Excellent price, easy assembly, nice appearance!

I'm very pleased with my purchase of the Crosley Cambridge Kitchen Island. The assembly instructions were very easy to follow as many of the "normal" annoyances with such build it yourself items (e.g. drawer sliders and hinge brackets) were already attached to their respective parts. The cart looks excellent in my kitchen and, in fact, appears to be a much more expensive piece than it really is.

It took hours to assemble. I did not realize how difficult assembly would be. I love the look of this piece but the quality is less than I thought it would be
Theresa from Voorhees, NJ
I put this Island in the middle of my kitchen, it looks like it was custom made! The granite top looks beautiful and makes it even more functional. I have not found a negative thing about this Island. I also love the extra storage space. I would absolutely purchase from this company again!
