Have just installed. So far, easy to use, and esthetically pleasing. Although it is listed as for both tone/pulse, the switch is on the back of the phone. To change it, one would have to remove the phone from the wall. So, if you have pulse service, it would be difficult to change to tone to "press 1 for the...." when at an automated phone site. The cord reaches about 6-7 feet. The cord attachment at the receiver end does not allow for changing to a longer cord. So far, each person who has seen the phone remarks "I like your phone".
Great retro phone!

This is a really nice addition to my kitchen; matches all the stainless steel appliances perfectly. People who have come over to the house always comment on how cool it is, and are often confused about how to use it - although it looks like it should be a rotary-dial phone, it is actually push button, making it a convenient modern appliance but with retro style. One thing to note: although it is brushed chrome, it has a very reflective satin appearance, so fingerprints are EXTREMELY visible, even with the slightest touch.
Love the look!

Haven't installed this yet (I purchased it to put on the kitchen wall in a craftsman style house we're building) but I LOVE the look and feel. Hand set feels nice and heavy, not like a piece of plastic. Brushed chrome is not too shiny so will go well with the brushed stainless appliances in the kitchen.
Matches our kitchen and works great
Lindsay from Missouri – Verified Buyer
Bought this because we had a phone jack that I wanted to cover in the kitchen. The stainless steel matches our appliances and looks great. The phone works and sounds perfect but is a bit uncomfortable for more than a few minutes because the handle has a ridge down the center. Still great to have a fun looking phone that can serve as it supposed to if you needed it. Would buy again but next time I think i'll go for the red.
Satisfied with the phone

It's too bad that everything is made in China. It's hard to buy things online. It's kind of a gamble at times if you'll like it or not. If not then you have to pay to ship it back. Sometimes you get what you pay for. But I understood that with the the wall phone and it's price. Overall I'm satisfied with the phone.

Used sparingly as a phone prior to disconnecting land line, but worked fine. Great ring. Purchased only to cover up an unsightly phone jack that could not be covered any other way. Love it as a decor piece!
Awesome retro look!

I wanted something retro and classy to use in my kitchen. This is a really nice phone. It works well. The only thing that i don't like is the ear piece is a bit uncomfortable. You can't use this for lengthy conversations as your ear will definitely become sore.
Crosley Wall Phone

This phone replaced exactly the same phone purchased some years ago. Grandchildren had dropped receiver several times on old phone which created a hearing problem on phone. Phone is very attractive and has received many compliments from people who visited.

fits the design of our business well. wish the finish was wasn't painted on, but would probably cost twice as much otherwise.
