I purchased two of these to heat up soups, or chili for our company Board Meeting suppers. I don't cook at home much and was nervous about the complexity of serving anything more difficult than take out pizza. These crock pots were very easy to use, the chili was heated evenly, and kept warm through out the supper break. I received compliments on the "nice meal" I provided the Board.
