This cooker replaces one we flat wore out from years of use. We were given another brand slow cooker but found it awkward to use. So, we searched garage/estate sales and ebay to get a replacement with no luck. Then I told my wife, I'm going to the source and get the real deal; we are both glad I did it. I liked the old model's safe handles - now you need work with pot-holders. I expect this will last many years and maybe outlast me, but the finish should last even better than the old model."..."
