I use this product just about every day, from making rice and other grains (oatmeal, quinoa, millet), to cranberry sauce and stuffing for Thanksgiving, to soups and stews. The results from clay cooking are quite noticeably better than any other cooking medium I've used. Rice (brown especially) is the best I've ever made in this pot, and at the push of a button. Also it cooks faster, even for "slow" cooking, so it saves time and energy, and you don't end up with soggy food like sometimes happens in crock pots.
