I ordered this crib for my 18 month baby, and I could not have been more satisfied. This product is well built, easy to assemble, it is beautiful, and it is compact if you are concern about space. Mattress on lowest position is not very low, so if your baby is 18+ months and is tall, you may want to be aware of it. The only negative is that the instructions for the drawers glides could have been more specific in terms of noting that the tabs need to be facing down when installing them (not critical). I looked and looked for an espresso finish crib with a modern style. Most were super expensive and/or lacked key features and had bad online reviews. I am super picky when it comes to quality & style - but on a single income budget! The price of this one is in line with discount department stores for a much better quality. I received this crib within a week of ordering. It was super easy to assemble. The finish is beautiful. It is very sturdy (my son broke our last crib!!) It is nice because the rails are stationary and the mattress adjusts -- so there is no chance of the baby or older kids knocking the side down -- an issue I had with my older kids / crib. Also - it is made of solid wood, no pressed board or anything. The look and quality compare to very expensive cribs. Love the crib! I was looking for something modern and this fit perfectly. It took us about 2 hours to put together (this including 2 minor mistakes that needed to be redone). When putting it together do not tighten the screws until everything is in place on each step. The biggest problem we had was lining things up perfectly due to overtightening on one side.
