good but not too good this bench is nice. it supports me well im 175lbs. but the thing i dont like is that when i want to increase resistance by using my dumbbells, the bench tends to squeak just a bit and i get the feeling it wants to tilt sideways. So if you are serious about doing a heavy workout i dnt recommend this bench but if you do light or just a regular ab workout then it is cool and you will save money by buying this bench |
