My trampoline arrived a while ago and I got to use it for a bit (am off of it for the time being, recovering from surgery). I can't say enough good things about this product. The surface is firm and has great support, giving the user a very good rebound effect. What I love about this particular trampoline is that you don't have to struggle with assembly; the legs screw into place within seconds, and you're ready to go. They can be removed just as quickly for easy storage if you are limited for space. Rebounding is a low joint-impact, great cardio workout and has been recommended for people suffering from arthritis, osteoporosis, etc. (though if you do have an ailment, check with your doctor first to see if this form of exercise would be recommended in your case). And it's FUN! It's also great for those of us who live in colder climates; on freezing winter days you can get on your trampoline for 15-20 minutes and feel great. This trampoline also comes with a sheet which has illustrations of suggested exercises you can perform while doing your workout. It also highly recommends that you do warmup stretches first, and I agree. Rebounding for a first-timer may look easy, but it can be hard on muscles that aren't used to being used. This little trampoline is durable, easy to set up and store, and the price can't be beat. Perfect!

Delivery was fast, product came right to my door, and in one piece. Only negative comment I might put is that the cardboard was ripped during shipping, and some of the plastic caps used to protect the legs were missing, with one damaged. Recommendation would be to use a slightly heavier box for shipping purposes. (However, this was shipped to Canada, and was probably handled countless times during travel...I've found Canadian delivery companies to be notorious for bad handling.) The trampoline and it's legs were still in great shape. I also wanted to add how impressed I was at the fast delivery time considering it did come cross-border! Thank you to FitnessEquipmentAndMore for offering delivery to Canada, and for such wonderful and easy service. Couldn't be more pleased!

I have in my gym room a "professional" 48 inch trampoline and the difference between the two is really noticeable. There is a much stiffer bounce with this trampoline and the workout on it is truly far less. I have to do so much more on this one to get a quality workout. I purchased this Crescendo because it is much smaller than the other one and is a size that I am able to move it easily from room to room when needed. The impressive thing about this mini trampoline is that you just need to screw on the metal legs and you are ready to exercise. I have purchased the folding trampolines and some seem to be less stable after a while and many times the side stitches around the mat area loosen and then totally give way, possibly due to the continued folding and unfolding process. This one seems very well constructed. All in all, I am happy that I purchased this Crescendo and do feel that for the truly reasonable cost of it that it is a very good-looking, decent and durable trampoline.

Great for low impact aerobic activity for all ages. Doing at least 15 minutes of jumping on this trampoline and you'll feel it in your abs. This trampoline feels very sturdy and is very good quality for the price! The legs are screw on legs and do come loose after several uses, so you just need to make sure to give the legs a turn to tighten them every so often.

When i received it the only thing i had to put together were the legs on it. Which were easy they just screw on. Than your ready to start using it. I was glad it was easy to assemble. My son and i have been using it quite a bit. Jumping up and down or do jumping jacks or even jog. Very easy to use and i think it is great for balance.
