The first one arrived in about 20 pieces and the second one had a big chip out of the arm for slicing. This is NOT a high quality cheese slicer - the wire is very small and would not slice harder cheeses. I was very disappointed with this product! This was very inexpensive - I guess you get what you pay for! Wayfair was great with the process of taking care of a refund. Was this helpful? Yes / No
