Natalie from Woodland, WA	2.0 10/9/2011 WRONG COLOR! There is a huge color discrepancy between the actual thing and the website picture. In actuality the chime looked silver. I did not return the chime because: 1) as always, my husband was able to solve the color problem by painting it the color to match our metal railing, 2) the chime resembles the leafy design of my railing, 3) thanks to rewards points, the chime ended up costing me nothing. The tones are rather simple, but quire loud and sufficient: 2 sounds for the main door and one sound for the side door. Overall, very satisfied with the purchase.
