Overall it's a great product. However, quality control allowed two "like" parts to be in the package where there should have been two "opposite" parts. Fortunately, the part was not visable when assembled and only required drilling two holes completely through the piece, where they would have normally been blind holes. Know we could have sent the item back, but a lot of trouble, and this was a simple fix. Besides, wasn't sure we wouldn't have the same problem with a replacement item, and the baby is due in about six weeks which could have put us in a time crunch."..." Read more
