Will buy another one when this one wears out. It helps me get a good night sleep. I would really love to work for Wayfair. It's such a great company & the people are fantastic. had trouble finding this pillow locally. So glad I was able to find it on this website! The only thing that makes my neck comfortable!

The tri-core pillow helped relieve much of my neck pain after only a night or two. I am very happy that I bought it.

I have read numerous reviews about this pillow being too firm. It wasnt for me. After 2 days of using it, the pillow stuffing starts to separate where it is supposed to support your neck. I got out my scissors, needle and thread to fix this. I opened it, moved some of the stuffing from the top of the pillow (that I dont use), and pushed it to the neck support area. I then used stuffing that I bought from a craft store, to replace the stuffing I took from the top then stitched it up again. Result Exactly how it came but with more support ) Wouldve given 5 stars if I didnt have to alter it. I love the concept, just needed to be filled a little bit more where it supports your neck. They could probably add a zip on the side, so people who complain that its too firm, can take some stuffing out and those who want to do what I did, can add more foam to it )

This is a Wonderful Product, had it for only a couple days and has already improved my sleep and my headaches. Would definitely recommend this product. My chiropractor sells this pillow but bought it from[...]at a cheaper price.

This is the fourth time I've bought a tri-core pillow. The first three were absolutely wonderful. I don't know if they've changed the process for making them recently or what, but it is SO stiff that it is nearly impossible to wake up without a stiff neck. When laying on your back, your chin is nearly resting on your chest and when you lay on your side, your neck is bent at such a crazy angle that you feel like you need to unfold your neck in the morning when you wake up. The filling is WAY too stiff. I'm disappointed to know that the pillow that once was the answer to all my neck problems is now apparently trying to be the cause for some new ones.
