This was a Christmas gift for my daughter. She had a similar set of cookware but it had been abused by a friend. In addition to the great features of the cookware, she especially loves the color, a nice soft yellow (butter). Our local department store had the same set in red so I was able to examine it before ordering to ensure it had the features my daughter wanted. I am happy I chose the butter color, as that is what she really wanted. It cost a little more to order on-line but it was worth it . Bought this set as a gift for mother in law for Christmas. She loved it! The blue is a very lovely shade. The pans are not very heavy and the rubber handles are nice to prevent burns on hands.
